Mexican Christians Ministering To mexicans

Now that our fundraising is winding down and we have more time to spend with our family there’s a great feeling of accomplishment mixed with gratitude to God and to our supporters for making it happen. There’s also the joy of being with the grandchildren and getting to see relatives we may never see again. Pat and I each lost a favorite aunt while we were in the USA this time and Pat lost her mother earlier in the year so we all face tribulations in this walk.  There’s the feeling that we need to be back in Chiapas, working the fields the Lord has assigned to us coupled with the dread of knowing we have to say goodbye to our precious loved ones and friends for at least 6 months. But that’s the work that God has chosen for us and it brings us great joy and pleasure to make up for the hardships. Today, for example, we received photos from our ministry team, taken last Sunday while they handed out despensas of food to some of the poorest people in Chiapas. I know much seed was planted, doors were opened and fruit is coming forth! A text message confirmed that the team was delivering despensas in another area today and pictures should be coming soon. I am posting some pictures I received today and plan to post many more on our facebook page. Thank you and God bless you for your continued interest and support.n

Food helps almost any situation
